FAQs about enrollment

  • How do I enroll in the course?

You can begin by making a reservation, which is non-binding, for a preliminary seat in a cohort of your preference. You will then receive a confirmation email and a form to sign up for a guaranteed seat.

  • Is a reservation binding?

No. When you submit your reservation for a seat, this is non-binding. It is simply a preliminary seat that allows for eventual placement into a cohort that suits your preference.

  • Is a sign-up binding?

If you have submitted a reservation, we will let you know if you have a seat on the programme and will send you a binding sign-up form. A binding sign-up entails the collection of a course fee, unless we receive a cancellation no later than 30 days before the start of the course. If you are prevented from attending, your course participation can be transferred to a colleague. The payment is not refundable upon cancellation after the course has started.

FAQs about the programme

  • How often do you run the certificate programme?

Make sure to sign up to our waiting list to receive information and dates for upcoming cohorts on the Sustainable Business Change Manager Online programme. Join the waiting list by filling in this form: www.bit.ly/SBCMwaitinglist

  • Will you also be offering a fast-track version?

The current 6-month certificate programme takes into account that attendees also need time to attend their regular work duties while learning and developing a practical action plan. However, for those who have the capacity to work more or less full time on the certificate programme, we are considering a 6-week fast track version. If you're interested in a 6-week fast track programme, please join the waiting list by filling in this form: www.bit.ly/SBCMwaitinglist

  • How many people are admitted to the programme?

To ensure high level engagement and peer-to-peer exchanges throughout the programme, we admit a maximum of 20 participants in total per cohort. A study group includes a maximum of 6 participants.

  • How much time and effort do I need to dedicate to complete the programme?

The programme requires a minimum of 3 days per month for self-study, exercises and social learning engagement (15 days in total over a 5-month period). The time estimate includes curriculum readings, recorded teaching videos and exercises, live Q&A sessions, and exam paper. Your own study time depends on your personal learning pace and ambition level.

  • How many hours of actual teaching are included in the programme?

The programme amounts to a total of 50 teaching hours, including 30 hours of recorded teaching videos, 2 full-day live online sessions (lasting 6 hour each) and 4 live Q&A sessions (that last 2 hours). The exact timings of the sessions are decided based on the location and time zones represented in a cohort.

  • What if I don't have a case company for my sustainable action plan?

You don't need to be employed in a company to build your sustainable action plan. If you are a consultant, you could possibly choose a (potential) client as your case. If you are a career mover, you could choose any company, as long as you can find enough publicly available information about the company (so look for large companies).

  • What is the difference between the in-person programme in Danish and this online programme in English?

The content of the online programme is adapted to an international audience (e.g. tools, cases and guest speakers in English). The Danish programme also includes Danish references (e.g. Danish legal frameworks, tools, cases and guest speakers). Apart from that, the quality and content of both programmes are identical. Both programmes are completed with a written and oral exam and require the same amount of time. For the Danish programme, you need to take time off from work to attend the in-person teaching sessions in Copenhagen. Whereas the online programme includes a self-study feature that gives you more flexibility. The Danish programme allows for more facilitated interaction with the lead trainer and fellow students.

  • Can I pay in instalments?

The programme fee can be paid in 2, 4 or 6 instalments with a 50 € / 350 DKK administration fee per instalment. When you sign up to the programme, you will be able to select how many instalments you would like to pay.

  • Do you offer scholarship options?

We have allocated a limited number of Give & Grow seats for participants with insufficient budget to pay the full programme fee (e.g social entrepreneurs, small NGOs, job seekers, students). If you have the motivation to attend the programme, but lack the budget to pay the full price, you can apply for a Give & Grow scholarship at: www.bit.ly/SBCM_GG
